The love of God has carried believers through the wilderness of sin since time began.<\/p>\n

Beginning with Adam, the Bible records a few of the more difficult days in the lives of a few people.<\/p>\n

These special moments have set a true path of hope for all believers, just as your life can be an example to those who follow.<\/p>\n

Footprints in the Sand<\/h5>\n

 <\/p>\n

One night I dreamed I was walking along the beach with the Lord. Many scenes from my life flashed across the sky.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

In each scene I noticed footprints in the sand. Sometimes there were two sets of footprints, other times there was one only.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

This bothered me because I noticed that during the low periods of my life, when I was suffering from anguish, sorrow or defeat, I could see only one set of footprints, so I said to the Lord,<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

\u201cYou promised me Lord,<\/p>\n

that if I followed you, you would walk with me always. But I have noticed that during the most trying periods of my life there has only been one set of footprints in the sand. Why, when I needed you most, have you not been there for me?\u201d<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

The Lord replied, \u201cThe years when you have seen only one set of footprints, my child, is when I carried you.\u201d<\/p>\n
